You need to have the personality of a professional caregiver, a safety provider, and the ability to adapt to different cultures and environments. New Heights is enhanced by animations, slideshows, photographs, and sound to illustrate teaching points at both an initial and recurrent level. Whether you are a kinesthetic or reading learner, you can learn at your own pace. You can stay engaged and retain more information, as each chapter is broken down to 15 minute segments. Each chapter focuses on required information both practical and theoretical which reference current aviation regulations and policy changes from year to year.
Expectations and Goals
New Heights provides a comprehensive, industry recognized curriculum that is compatible with the cabin crew ground school syllabuses utilized by regional, national and international carriers. This program will provide you with the fundamental tools comprised of flight procedures, airline language, aircraft familiarization, theory of flight, Canadian and International Aviation Regulations and emergency procedures that will give you a leading edge in the competitive world of Aviation. The total program is designed to be completed in approximately 30 hours. There are 26 chapters. Upon completion of each chapter, there is a quiz. These quizzes are designed to ensure that you have understood the information that was presented to you.
